• If you wish to request a return or exchange, please contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
• Refunds or exchanges will only be processed if the product is returned unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Eligibility for Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Your order may be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange if:

1. You received the wrong product or incorrect size/color.
2. The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
3. You report the issue to our customer support within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
4. The product is unused and has no signs of wear or damage.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used, damaged, or worn after delivery.
• The return request is made after 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
• The packaging, tags, or accessories are missing or altered.

How to Request a Return, Refund or Exchange

1. Contact our customer support via WhatsApp, call, or email within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Provide your order number, contact details, and a photo/video of the product if there’s a defect or wrong item.
3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
• The amount will be refunded to your preferred method (bank transfer or wallet credit) within 2–4 working days after approval.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers will need to provide bank account details for the refund.

Exchange Process

• Exchanges will be dispatched once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection.
• Delivery charges for exchanges may apply depending on the reason for the exchange and will be communicated to the customer before the exchange is processed.
